We recently completed a project at the Franklin Spec building, where we expanded the existing wet pipe sprinkler system by adding 29 semi-recessed chrome pendant sprinkler heads. This enhancement focused on the lower complement portion of the building, ensuring optimal fire protection coverage in this critical area. Our team of experts carefully evaluated the building’s layout and infrastructure, taking into account the specific needs of the Franklin Spec facility. This allowed us to seamlessly integrate the new sprinkler heads into the existing system, maintaining the aesthetics of the space while providing superior fire suppression capabilities.

Throughout the project, we prioritized adherence to Indiana state fire code requirements, collaborating with local authorities to confirm that our modifications met all necessary regulations. As a result of this expansion, the Franklin Spec building now benefits from an even more comprehensive fire protection system that safeguards both the occupants and valuable assets within the facility. With this upgrade, the building’s occupants can have peace of mind knowing that the fire protection system is fully compliant with Indiana state fire code and designed to provide optimal protection in the event of a fire.
